Make A Financial Contribution...
All contribution are tax-deductible and 88 cents of every
dollar donated to Life Foundation directly impacts
programs and services. To make a donation, select one

• By Credit Card: We welcome donations using your
VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
Through our processing system, your information
is secure and is never provided to Life Foundation.

Organize A Honolulu AIDS Walk Team...
Whether its a group of two or two hundred, the Honolulu
AIDS Walk is a fun way to make a difference! Teams can
be your company or department, a group of friends or a

Go Out To Eat March 4...
Fighting AIDS in Hawaii & the Pacific is as easy as going out
to eat when participating
restaurants present O'ahu Dines to benefit Life Foundation March 4, 2009. Simply go to
one of the participating restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner and the restaurants
donate a portion of the day's proceeds to Life Foundation! Get a group together and
pick your favorite restaurant! For details,

Give Through Your Workplace...
Many employers participate in either Aloha United Way or -
for military or federal
professionals - the Combined Federal Campaign. Both these programs are great
opportunities to make a big difference in your community as those few dollars that
deducted from each paycheck add up to big results. To begin changing lives in Hawaii
through one of these simple programs contact your company's human resources office

• Aloha United Way: Unless
you specify that you wish your entire deduction to go to Life
Foundation, your gift will be divided between all of Aloha United Way's 300 member
agencies. This is an easy way to assist several very worthy
causes ... all on O'ahu.
To make your donation exclusively assist Life Foundation, you must request
a
designation card and provide our agency number: 77233. For more information on

• Combined Federal Campaign: You must designate your contribution to an agency. Life
